I ordered a $70 print of a piece of art I LOVED. My partner and I were obsessed with it online but it was a splurge. I got the notification that it shipped, and then another one saying that UPS threw it away because they thought the box was empty. Weird, so I called customer support, they sent out a replacement. I got a notification that it was delivered, but I found a box torn open with the poster half out on the ground. When I got it inside, it looked like it had been folded into 10 sections and then kicked by children. I called customer support, they apologized, sent a new one. Poster number two arrived, in a more contained box, but a similar condition to the first. I called customer support, they apologized, sent a new one. Surely, surely this one will be decent enough to frame. Plot twist, it wasn't. Just as creased. I was now too tired to deal with customer support, so I googled how to flatten a poster. I tried different methods on all three copies. None worked, but I don't want to waste their time or resources to send out another poster that won't be in better condition. I'm not going to order from society6 again, which is really disappointing. I feel like I wasted my money and time. I'm SO grateful to their amazing customer support team, it seems like the real issue is whoever is packing these posters in a triangle box instead of a tube. At least put a rubber band around it.
